This policy explains how information is collected and used when you register for or attend The Real Estate Reset on Friday, November 6, 2026 at Cassariano Italian Eatery, 348 E Jericho Tpke, Mineola, NY 11501 (the "Event"). Event registration is managed by the team of Joe Vultaggio (NMLS #136337) and Melissa Cuartas (NMLS #1483132), loan originators with Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership (Company NMLS #66247) (the "Host Team"). The registration website, email and check-in system are operated by Tradescale Ventures LLC ("TradeScale Ventures") on the Host Team's behalf.

What we collect

• What you enter when you register: name, email, mobile number (optional), brokerage or company, and your choices on the opt-in boxes.
• Event activity: whether you checked in at the door, which emails you open or click, and which invite link or QR code brought you to the page.
• Basic technical data such as browser type, pages visited and campaign tags in the link you used.

How we use it

• To confirm your seat, send event reminders and updates, and check you in at the door.
• To send CE credit details if you asked for them.
• To follow up after the Event with a recap, resources and future event invitations from the Host Team. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand which invitations and channels work, so future events are better.

Who we share it with

• The Host Team and TradeScale Ventures, which run registration and event communications.
• Selective Remodeling, only if you check that box. If you opt in, your name, email and company are shared with Selective Remodeling so it can email you about renovation and home improvement. Your mobile number and any text message consent are never shared with it. This is optional and not required to attend. Selective Remodeling handles your information under its own privacy policy, and you can unsubscribe from its emails at any time.
• Service providers that help us run the Event (for example email delivery and website hosting), who may only use the information to provide that service.
• When required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you provide your mobile number and check the text message box, Joe Vultaggio's team at Cardinal Financial may send you texts about the Event and related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of registration. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from all other sharing described in this policy.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• To see, correct or delete your registration information, email info@tradescaleventures.com.

Security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
