These terms apply to registering for and attending The Real Estate Reset (the "Event"). By registering you agree to them.

The Event

The Event is a free industry networking and education event presented by its speakers and sponsors, with registration managed by the team of Joe Vultaggio (NMLS #136337) and Melissa Cuartas (NMLS #1483132), loan originators with Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership (Company NMLS #66247). Speakers and sponsors are independent businesses. Their talks and materials are their own and are not endorsed by, or affiliated with, Cardinal Financial Company, Limited Partnership. Nothing presented at the Event is a commitment to lend, a loan offer, or legal, tax or financial advice.

Registration and attendance

• Registration is free and seats are limited. Registering does not guarantee entry if the venue reaches capacity.
• Please bring your confirmation email or QR code for check-in.
• Guests must be 21 or older to be served alcohol. Please drink responsibly.
• The organizers may refuse entry or ask anyone to leave for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

CE credit

Continuing education credit is subject to the approving school's and state's requirements, including attendance verification. The organizers are not responsible for credit eligibility decisions.

Raffles and giveaways

Any raffles or giveaways are free to enter, require no purchase, and are subject to rules announced at the Event.

Photos and video

The Event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you agree that your image may appear in Event recaps and promotion. Tell the check-in team if you prefer not to be photographed.

Communications

By registering you agree to receive Event emails. Text messages are sent only if you opt in. See the Privacy Policy for details and opt-out options.

Changes

Event details, speakers and agenda may change. We will email registrants about significant changes.

Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. To the extent allowed by law, the organizers, speakers, sponsors and venue are not liable for any loss or injury arising from the Event, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
